Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device capable of alleviating pain and discomfort related to a trigger point and related to other diseases of a muscle tissue or a connective tissue particularly effectively.SOLUTION: A massage ball includes a plurality of adjacent foam layers including at least one first density foam layer, at least one second density foam layer, and at least one third density foam layer, and adhesion layers disposed between the respective adjacent foam layers for bonding the plurality of foam layers. The density of the first density foam layer is different from the density of the second density foam layer, and the density of the second density foam layer is different from the density of the third density foam layer.
