This multi-face machining machine includes a first workpiece holding device section 10 and a second workpiece holding device section 20 to receive and deliver the workpiece and a spindle deivce section for holding a tool by a spindle parallel to a Z-axis to machine the workpiece. The first workpiece holding device section 10 includes a first linear motion base body section 12, a first turning base body section 13, a first axis rotating section 14 and a first chuck device section 15. The second workpiece holding device section 20 includes a second linear motion base body 22, a second turning base body section 23, a second axis rotating section 24, and a second chuck device section 25. The multi-face machining machine includes a control device 60 for controlling the first workpiece holding device section 10 and the second workpiece holding device section 20.
