Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-fluid treatment unit capable of continuously treating multiple kinds of fluid appropriately, and capable of easily adjusting the blending ratio of raw material fluids by making use of the characteristic of being a continuous system.SOLUTION: A multi-fluid treatment unit 100 for providing a treated product by joining two or more raw material fluids comprises a multi-fluid treatment main body 10 having a flow passage 15 in which the raw material fluid and the treated object flow, and a vibrator 25 positioned in the middle of the flow passage 15 of the multi-fluid treatment main body 10 and vibrating when fluid flows in the flow passage 15. The flow passage 15 of the multi-fluid treatment main body 10 is composed of a through flow passage 11 having an inflow port 11a into which one raw material fluid flows and an outflow port 11b from which the treated product flows, and at least one branch flow passage 12 branched off from the through flow passage 11. The vibrator 25 is positioned so as to block up the through flow passage 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
