PURPOSE: To utilize the sports goods for a multi-purpose and a multi-function for balance sense training and physical strength/muscular power improving training, or daily whole body healthy exercise, special sports, a play, etc., by providing a ground point on the lower ends of a front leg frame and a rear leg frame, respectively, and also, providing projectingly a pair of foot holding parts on the left and the right sides in the middle of the rear leg frame.

CONSTITUTION: In the middle part of a rear leg frame 2, a pair of foot holding parts 6 provided projectingly to the side are provided. Also, the lower ends of a front leg frame 1 and the rear leg frame 2 become a front leg ground point 7 and a rear leg ground point 8, and are structured so that a user mounts the rear leg frame 2 and allows both feed to get on the foot holding parts 6, and also, grasps handclasps 9 of a handle part 3 with both hands, and gets on in a forward bent attitude to some extent. The front leg ground point 7 becomes a supporting point by applying user's weight and empty weight, and by executing a left/right jump by floating the rear leg ground point 8, or standing on his one leg by the rear leg ground point 8 and executing an advance jump and a retreat jump as indicated with an arrow in the figure, and executing going-up of the stairs, etc., this sports goods are used for a multi-purpose as various training goods, sports goods, or play goods and game goods.
