To improve the operability of a multi-functional chair by associating a backrest frame and a footrest frame and to reduce the storage space.
A front support leg part 7 is disposed on the front side of a base frame 8 placed on a floor, and the front side of a seat frame 2 is turnably attached to the upper part of the front support leg part 7. The footrest frame 5 and the backrest frame 3 are attached on the front and rear sides of the seat frame 2, respectively, and the rear of the seat frame 2 is supported by a telescopic actuator 41. The backrest frame 3 and the footrest frame 5 are connected by a reclining link 9 so that the rearward turning of the backrest frame 3 and the upward turning of the footrest frame 5 are associated with each other. The lower part of the actuator 41 is attached to the base frame 8 in such a way that the position can be changed from the front to the rear.
