Abstract:
To provide a multi-jump timepiece display mechanism which is not uniformly distributed in a mark of graduation.SOLUTION: A multiple jump timepiece display mechanism (100) includes a continuously rotating control wheel (2) configured to drive an indicator wheel (3) carrying an indicator (11). The driving is directly performed through an elementary pitch drive mechanism by a value of an elementary pitch PE by a direct or indirect continuous cooperation between the control wheel (2) and the indicator wheel (3), or indirectly through a speed increase mechanism (50) configured to drive the indicator wheel (3), by a combination of means for disengaging the elementary pitch drive mechanism, and by driving the indicator wheel (3), located in at least one disengaging position, by the speed increase mechanism (50) by an increased pitch PM greater than the elementary pitch PE or a multiple thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
