This multi-layer blow container is a hollow container of multiple layers which is formed of at least an innermost layer and an outermost layer, and the innermost layer is formed of a crystalline polyolefin based resin, and the outermost layer is formed of an olefin based thermoplastic elastomer wherein the JIS-A hardness by JIS-K6 is 50-97, and the glossiness by JIS-Z8741 (an angle of incidence of 60°) is 20% or lower, and which is partially crosslinked, and/or a styrene based thermoplastic elastomer wherein a hydrogenated derivative of a styrene.conjugate diene block copolymer with a numeral average molecular weight of 50,000-300,000, are blended.
