To provide a multilayered culture vessel operation system that can easily handle a multilayered culture vessel.SOLUTION: A multilayered culture vessel operation system has: a dolly device 20 which is movable while mounting multilayered culture vessels 30 with a plurality of built-in trays 31; and an operation device 10 which is capable of holding and rotating the multilayered culture vessels 30, in which the operation device 10 is capable of rotating the multilayered culture vessels by using a first axis and a second axis approximately orthogonal to the first axis as a center, and capable of swinging reciprocally by performing rotation of the multilayered culture vessels 30 by using the second axis as a center simultaneously with rotation of the multilayered culture vessels 30 by using the first axis as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
