To provide a multi-layer plastic bottle having an outer resin layer, a gas-barrier resin layer and a major polyolefin resin layer in which it has a superior gas-barrier characteristic and an anti-shock characteristic, it has a better outer appearance and transparency, it prevents occurrence of unmelting or thermal deterioration and it can be manufactured efficiently under a low cost.

There is provided a multi-layer plastic bottle having an outer resin layer, a gas-barrier resin layer and a major polyolefin resin layer. The gas-barrier characteristic resin layer is constituted by resin composition including (1) ethylene vinyl alcohol copymer, (2) polyamide resin and (3) denatured polyolefin resin.
