Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a process for the blanking of metal parts (10), wherein a multi-layered basic material (51) with a number of mutually stacked, preferably essentially identical, individual layers (50) is placed and clamped partly between a blanking die (80) and a blank holder (70) and wherein the blanking punch (30) is moved relative to the blanking die (80), whereby several blanked parts (10; 11) are cut and separated from the multi-layered basic material (51). According to the present disclosure, prior to such blanking thereof, the multi-layered basic material (51) is cold rolled without being annealed or normalized thereafter, in order to the decrease a plastic deformation of in particular the intermediate layers (50) of the multi-layered basic material (51) during blanking. After blanking the metal parts (10) are annealed in order to improve the mechanical, electrical and/or magnetic properties thereof.
