Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance rigidity, impact resistance, and the like by integrally laminating a base layer composed by blending specified proportion of styrene- butadiene copolymer, general-purpose polystyrene, and styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, and an outer layer composed by blending specified portion of gener al-purpose polystyrene and impact-resistant polystyrene. SOLUTION: A base layer 2 containing 45-90 wt.% of styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC), 10-54 wt.% of general-purpose polystyrene (GPPS), and 1-10 wt.% of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS), and an outer layer 4 containing 1-99 wt.% of GPPS, and 1-30 wt.% of impact-resistant polystyrene (HIPS) are integrally laminated for manufacturing a multi-layer resin sheet 1a. The base layer 2 of the multi-layer resin sheet 1a is a component layer developing impact resistance and low-temperature resistance. And the outer layer 4 is a component layer developing rigidity, odorless property, printability, and sealability. The SBC is a component to improve impact resistance.
