The multi-layered, cushion material is made of a piece or plural pieces of a three-dimensional knit, knitted with yarns constituting the right and wrong sides of a knitted fabric and connecting yarns connecting the right and wrong sides of the knitted fabric, and an outer covering material, or is made of the three-dimensional knit, other cushion material, and the outer covering material. A single meshed knit, the three-dimensional knit, or the combination of the single meshed knit and the three-dimensional knit is used for a part or the whole of the side surface of the multi-layered, cushion material.
