This multi-layered towel woven fabric is provided by forming a multi-layered material with an upper part towel A obtained by interlacing a pile yarn 2 on a base cloth 1 of a woven fabric consisting of a warp yarn 1a with weft yarn 1b and a lower part towel B obtained by interlacing a pile yarn 4 on a base cloth 3 of the woven fabric consisting also of a warp yarn 3a and weft yarn 3b, also forming loops 2a, 2a', 4a and 4a' of the pile yarns on each of the upper and lower both surfaces of the upper part towel A and lower part towel B and also interlacing suitable parts of the pile yarns of the upper and lower part towels with the base clothes of the opposite side part towels by leaving a space α in an extent that the loops are opposing between the upper and lower towels.
