The interface has a personification image presentation means 103 for supplying a personified agent image, a detection means 101 for detecting a user's object to be closely observed, and other media input means 102 for acquiring at least one or more pieces of input information among voice input information, operation input information, and image input information of the user. Furthermore, the interface is provided with a control means 107 for controlling the state of a recognition operation by receiving the input information from other media input means 102, for recognizing what part of the agent image to be presented by the personalized image presentation means 103 the gazing target of the user is on the basis of closely observing object information obtained by the detection means 101 and for receiving and selecting input from the other media input recognition means 102 according to its recognition result.
