A fan 5 starts rotation by an intake wind sucked by an instake air port 4, and torque rotates a rotary plate 7 through a gear 6 while doubling the rotation moment, and starts the vertical directional moment. The spiral rotary plate 7 is fixed in a 360° spiral shape with a rotary shaft as the center, and an upper terminal A and a lower terminal B are positioned above and below, and the upper terminal A is distantly arranged on the axis more than the lower terminal B. When the upper terminal A is pushed down and is rotated once by the spiral action from above a ball roller 9 arranged on a punch arm 8, it slips out of the lower terminal B, and is repelled by a punch spring 10. Lever repulsion of the punch arm 8 is received by a chassis 2 by shock preventive rubber 11. A punch ball 13 of an imitative hand and finger 12 continuously strikes dust by a nozzle port by this cycle actuation.
