Abstract:

To provide a multi-nozzle plate suitable for constituting a liquid ejection recording head and exhibiting a high mass productivity by a novel manufacturing method completely different from a conventional method.

The multi-nozzle plate 33 being applied to the ejection head of an ink jet recorder for flying an ink drop in a direction perpendicular to an energy action plane at a flying speed of 3 m/s or above is manufactured by pressing a stainless foil such that the thickness at the nozzle 34 part is 30-220 μm and the distance between adjacent nozzles 34 is 27 μm or longer.
