PURPOSE: To ensure the control for two items with one switch by varying the state of the input side according to the state of the output side of the switch circuit.

CONSTITUTION: Control circuit 12 generates signals to output (a) when both input A and B are at L level, and erases the signals of output (a) when input A and B are at H and L level each. With closure of switch 1, input A and B turn to L level to generate the signals. Thus, the power supply of the controlled unit such as the TV receiver or the like which is connected to terminal 13 via transistor TR11 is switched on. After this, circuit 12 continues generation of the signals even with opening of switch 1. But TR8 is turned on, and the input A features H level. Under these conditions, if switch 1 is closed again, input B only becomes L level with the signal of output (a) turned zero. Thus, the power supply of the TV receiver is turned off. In this way, two types of control is possible with one switch.
