To provide a multiple disk clutch in which a second damper is not positioned outside a cam mechanism and thereby a clutch mechanism is not enlarged in the radial direction.
The multiple disk clutch comprises: a clutch outer; an clutch inner; a first damper for transmitting power smoothly between an input gear and the clutch outer; the second damper for transmitting power smoothly between the transmission main shaft and the clutch inner; and the cam mechanism, which is formed inside the clutch inner, gives a pressure contact force to a friction plate according to a driving force from a driving source, and demonstrates the function of a back torque limiter if load from the transmission shaft exceeds a predetermined value. In this clutch, the first damper, the second damper, and the cam mechanism are arranged in such a way as to be shifted in the axial direction.
