PURPOSE: To improve a desired sound characteristic in a noise in the inside and the outside of a vehicle by adding a control sound to a noise of the order component of engine speed based on a map of a phase and amplitude corresponding to each order.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with plural actuators 4, 5 arranged for controlling a noise from plural sound sources or a pseudo sound source, a controller 3 which forms the order component of a noise from the engine rotation pulse, and controls a phase and amplitude for each plural actuator based on an engine rotation pulse and an engine load signal in accordance with map information in which phase control quantity and amplitude control quantity for the order component of a noise are previously stored making the engine rotation pulse and the engine load signal as parameters, plural microphones 6, 7 used for deciding map information by feedback, a FFT 8 and a personal computer 9.
