Abstract:
To provide a liquid cooling line replaceable unit (LRU) which supports increased radio frequency performance while providing high reliability electronics.SOLUTION: In a coolant interface 106, quick disconnect fittings 131 on an LRU mate with counterpart (corresponding) fittings on a quick disconnect interface when the LRU is inserted into a slot. A seal 133 surrounding the quick disconnect fittings on a flat surface 132 abuts the counterpart surface on the quick disconnect interface when the LRU is inserted into the slot to compress the seal against the counterpart surface. An alignment pin 134 with a tapered tip and a captive hardware 135 extending through a quick disconnect block 130 provide pressure between the flat surface and the counterpart surface, to contribute to mechanical stability of connection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
