To provide an element used for filtering even a disperse system having complicate properties with high efficiency and to provide a method and a device for using the same.
In this device, when filtration is carried out using an element having a spherical shape produced from a linear material as a starting material and the strength not to be deformed when used or an element 3 having an opened outflow tube 2 on the inside, the element 3 is used in such a state 8 that the surface of the spherical body part 4 of the element 3 is covered with a net-shaped material 6 having mesh size smaller than the mesh 5 of the spherical body part 4.
