PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-room type air conditioner which can be installed conveniently and inexpensively using an preset network of building without requiring an extra leased line.
SOLUTION: The multi-room type air conditioner installed in a building equipped with a network comprises an outdoor unit, an outdoor unit control section for controlling the operation of the outdoor unit, one or more indoor unit, an indoor unit control section for controlling the operation of the one or more indoor unit, and a main control section connected with the outdoor unit control section and the indoor unit control section through a network and controlling the outdoor unit control section and the indoor unit control section according to the information of the operating state and operating conditions of the outdoor unit and the indoor units and a preset system algorithm.
