Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-cross section observation holder capable of fixing multiple samples and thereby improving the efficiency of a process.SOLUTION: A multi-cross section observation holder relating to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a body; a sample mounting part formed in the front end of the body and capable of fixing multiple samples; and an elastic member located inside the body. The sample mounting part includes: a push rod capable of moving forward and backward by elastic force of the elastic member; an X-type lever whose front end is provided with a first sample pressing plate and a second sample pressing plate and whose rear end is connected to the push rod; and a fixed protrusion formed between the first sample pressing plate and the second sample pressing plate. When the push rod is moved backwards, a first space where the sample is mounted is formed between one surface of the fixed protrusion and the first sample pressing plate, and a second space where the sample is mounted is formed between the other surface of the fixed protrusion and the second sample pressing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
