Abstract:
PURPOSE: To successively and easily measure torsion between a pair of boring shafts with a simple operation every free depth in one time boring stage of work by providing a boring shaft measuring device on a multi-shaft rotary boring machine.
CONSTITUTION: Data for measured value at 0m in depth and a calculated operation result shown in a figure is indicated or recorded in an indicator 58 and, at the same time, both gradient data to torsion between boring hole shafts are indicated or recorded in a recorder 59 together with measured time. At the point of time when boring is driven up to a specific depth, boring work is tentatively stopped at a position corresponding to a rotary position at which inclined measurement establishing both boring shafts is made by indication of a shaft position indicator 61. Depth signals by a depth detector 53 at the stop position and gradient signals from both gradient detector 21 are inputted to an operator 57, torsion between both boring shafts at a specific depth is calculated, data for measured value and calculated operation result shown in figure is indicated or recorded in the indicator 58, and both inclined data in specific depth and torsion between the boring shafts are indicated or recorded in the recorder 59 together with measured time. Such a measuring operation is successively repeated until one time boring stage of work is completed after the both boring shafts reach the maximum depth.
