Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage fluid pressure cylinder capable of driving a first piston member and a second piston member independently to each other to an extended side or a retracted side.SOLUTION: A multi-stage fluid pressure cylinder 1 having a plurality of fluid pressure cylinders concentrically assembled comprises a cylinder member 2; a first piston member 3 slidably installed in a first cylinder hole 2c in the cylinder member 2 to form a first extension fluid chamber 5 and a first extraction fluid chamber 6; a second piston member 4 slidably installed in a second cylinder hole 17 in the first piston member 3 to form a second extension fluid chamber 7 and a second extraction fluid chamber 8; a first extension fluid passage 9 and a first extraction fluid passage 10 formed to be communicated with each of the first extension fluid chamber 5 and a first extraction fluid chamber 6; and a second extension fluid passage 11 and a second extraction fluid passage 12 formed to be communicated with each of the second extension fluid chamber 7 and the second extraction fluid chamber 8 and formed independently from the first extension fluid passage 9 and the first extraction fluid passage 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
