Abstract:
To improve pressure reduction performance and reduce production cost.
The exhaust ports of pump chambers 2a and 4a on a front stage are connected to the intake ports of pump chambers 4a and 6a in order on a rear stage by communication holes 3a and 5a extended to the opposite side of a virtual face including the axis lines of shaft 9 and 10, and the communication holes 3a and 5a are provided penetrating a third and fifth cylinder blocks 3 and 5 without contacting each of shaft 9 and 10 between shafts 9 and 10.
