To provide a multi-stage top, capable of solving lack of fun as a toy because of simple one-way rotation action of conventional tops by forming a top body of blades, and composing the lower top and the upper top to make rotation action in different rotation directions from each other to achieve beautiful appearance, and such unexpectedness as to amuse players.

A plurality of rotating tops are put in stages, and the center shaft at a contact part of a spherical surface form comprising part of a ball or an oval ball is concentrically integrated with the center shaft of the top. A penetrating axial core is provided on one side of the integrated center shaft, and an axial hole is provided on the other side. The axial core on the lower side of the lowest top is loosely inserted into a hole in a top support, and the upper top is detachably disposed coaxially with a shaft hole of the lower top. By strongly spinning either the lower top or the upper top, rotation force is applied, and the lower top and the upper top adjoining each other make rotation action in different rotation directions from each other.
