Abstract:

To provide a multi-stage type freezing device making wind speed uniform and efficiently and uniformly freezing a freezed object in particular, without deteriorating cold air recovery efficiency.

The multi-stage type freezing device is equipped with: a freezing chamber arranged within a heat insulating tunnel; a carrying belt comprising multi-stages; a cold air recovery port recovering cold air and arranged above the carrying belt; a cold air recovery means; a cold air recovery chamber; a cold air heat exchange means; and a cold air supply chamber for supplying cold air to injection nozzles. The plurality of injection nozzles are positioned below belt outgoing parts and above belt returning parts at upper and intermediate stages of the carrying belt, and are arranged in the direction intersecting with the carrying direction of the carrying belt to inject cold air to the lower faces of the belt outgoing parts, securing a clearance along the longitudinal direction of the freezing chamber. A cold air adjustment member for adjusting the amount of cold air flowing in to the injection nozzles is provided in a freezing chamber communication hole part of the cold air supply chamber for supplying cold air to the injection nozzles.
