To provide a multi-step concentration system, increasing a degree of concentration separation of a concentrated liquid and a dilute liquid, that is, making the concentration of the concentrated liquid as thick as possible while making the concentration of the dilute liquid thin, with a comparatively simple constituent.
The multi-step concentration system consists of a freezing part 100, a concentration part 200 and a dilute-liquid receiving part 300, wherein a raw solution 24 in a tank 21 of the concentration part 200 is freeze concentrated while the raw solution is sprayed on an ice preparation plate 4 of the freezing part 100, a concentrated liquid 22 is stored in a tank 20 and cracked ice 14a is transported through a separation plate 23 into a tank 40 of the dilute-liquid receiving part 300 to be stored. The concentrated liquid 22 stored in the tank 20 is again dropped into the tank 21 downwards and thereafter is sprayed on the outer side of the ice preparation plate 4 to carry out a freeze concentration operation and to increase the degree of the concentration.
