Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laterally move a work by a distance equivalent to two times as long as the sum of the length of a first rodless cylinder and the length of a second rodless cylinder, and make a multi-step sliding arm compact.
SOLUTION: A work W can be laterally moved from a front side endmost part to a rear side endmost part or reversely by letting the cylinder 33b of a first rodless cylinder 33 be fully extended to the front side or the rear side around a moving member 8, and furthermore, letting a second rodless cylinder 39 be fully extended with respect to the first rodless cylinder 33.
