CONSTITUTION: Vertical openings 6, 7, 8, 9 extending to plural stories are provided in a plurality of places on the vertical exterial walls 2, 3, 4, 5 surrounding the interval spaces in the multi-stories from the four sides, in a multi-story house having a plurality of stories. Equipment units 11, 21, 31, 41 fitted from the outside, in which facilities such as a toilet seat set 12, a toilet set 13, a washbowl set 15, a container at a bay window 26, a hot water supplier 22, a shower tower 23, balconies 35, 45, bay windows 32, 42, and an air conditioner are unified together in the upper and lower stories, are jointed respectively to the openings 6, 7, 8, 9.
