PURPOSE: To provide a multi-tank connecting type ice heat storing facility in which a distributing pipe or a water dispersion pipe is not needed to be arranged for every tank and ice slurry can freely move between each of the tanks and at the same time ice slurry of high IPF can be taken out when ice is melted (when heat is radiated).
CONSTITUTION: Many heat storing tanks 1a to 1e filled with cold water or brine are communicated from each other through a J-shaped pipe and a straight pipe having a check valve at its one end, or an integral formed pipe having the J-shaped pipe and the straight pipe and at the same time either cold water or brine taken out of a final tank 1e during ice making operation is changed into ice slurry by an ice making machine and returned back to a first tank la and the ice slurry taken out of the first tank 1a is passed through a load during ice melting operation and returned back to the final tank 1e.
