To provide a multi-vane blower of favorable productivity and maintenance performance, capable of coping with change of a blowing directions, or change of processing blow quantity.
Connection members 3 are fixed to both sides and a center between two parallel base members 2 like a ladder. A scroll casing 9 including a runner 8 installed on a shaft 7 is installed over the connection member 3 at one end and the connection member 3 at the center. A motor guide member 12 is provided over the connection member 3 at the other end and the connection member 3 at the center. The motor 5 is installed on a fixed base 13 provided on the motor guide member 12. A rotary shaft of the motor 5 and the shaft 7 are connected to be capable of transmitting power by a pulley 14 and a belt 15. The fixed base 13 is composed to be slidable in a center line direction of the base member 2. Maintenance such as tension adjustment is conducted from the front surface side of the belt 15.
