To provide a system and a method, for analyzing crystals or solids separated from a suspension by filtration in a specific analysis device.

This multi-well filtration device filtering the suspension includes: a filtration plate 4 having filtration chambers 41; and a collection plate 8 having collection wells 81. The filtration chamber 41 is connected to the collection well 81, and each of filter elements 73 is disposed between the filtration chamber 41 and the collection well 81. A separation layer 5 is disposed between the filtration plate 41 and the collection plate 8 adjacently to the filter elements 73, and allows easy detachment of the filtration plate from the collection plate. The detached filtration plate 4 can be easily transferred into the analysis device, and solid phases of the filtration chambers 41 can be separately analyzed through the separation layer 5 without replacing any of the solid phases. The solid phases can be easily separated from the suspension and be applied to the analysis device.
