Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-wire electro-discharge machining device that can suppress oscillation of a wire.SOLUTION: The multi-wire electro-discharge machining device includes wire oscillation control means 70A in which a clearance between elastic members 71a, 72a that are arranged so as to face each other while interposing the wire R between them is configured so that radially upper and lower parts of the wire R slightly come into contact with the elastic members. The wire oscillation control means 70A is arranged on both sides of an ingot I and moved back and forth along the wire R while corresponding to a shape of the ingot I by moving means, and positioned in the vicinity of the ingot I. The elastic members 71a, 72a are formed of felt, an urethane rubber, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
