PURPOSE: To prevent quality reduction in treating raw materials of chocolate, etc., by making a single member wherein a stirring plate being in clearance fit with a revolving shaft is equipped in a lunate chamber for fluid communicate with its top and bottom and providing a multiplate heating and cooling chambers.

CONSTITUTION: The single member 1 of a device has the liquid chamber 7 and the fluid chamber 8 consisting of the flat closed container 2 with the inlet 13 and outlet 14 and an elliptic separating wall. In the fluid chamber 8, the stirring plate 11 is in clearance fit with the through hole 30 of the revolving shaft 10 so that it is divided into the pressure chamber 8b and the vacuum chamber 8a. The stirring plate 11 is turned by the rotation of the shaft 10, the fluid in the pressure chamber is sent from the communicating hole 12 to the following vacuum chamber communicating with it. Necessary numbers of the single member 1 are superposed and used, and water made to pass through the liquid chamber is used for heating and cooling depending upon its temperature.
