Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-shaft screw fastening device of which the number of components is small of which a cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: A multi-shaft screw fastening device comprising: a first late 15 on which plural screw fastening tools 10 comprising a bit B, which is rotatable via a universal joint 5 connected to a motor M, are loaded, and can be freely elevated in a direction of approaching or being separated from a work-piece W; and a second plate 20 in which each bit B is inserted and which guides the bit. The fastening device is so configured as to lower the first plate 15 and the second plate 20 integrally to a prescribed height, and thereafter, to lower only the first plate 15 thereby screwing a fastening component S into the work-piece W. The second plate 20 comprises a rotary plate 21 which is rotatable around a pivot A parallel to an axis of the bit B, and a stationery plate 22 which rotatably supports the rotary plate 21. The stationery plate 22 comprises a driving source 26 which reciprocally revolve the rotary plate 21 by a preset angle. Consequently, since plural bits B are revolved by a prescribed angle altogether, a position of the bit B can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
