Since a plurality of identical bits copied by the copy unit 11 are contained in different symbols, respectively, each of the plurality of identical bits is allocated to each of a plurality of subcarriers of different frequencies by IFFT processing. As a result, a multicarrier signal is generated which contains a plurality of identical bits of frequencies different from each other.
