PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicast tree creation method based on the relation of connection of a transmission apparatus, a reception apparatus and a relay apparatus, and the like.SOLUTION: To a multicast tree determination device having one or more transmission apparatus, a reception apparatus, and a relay apparatus for connecting the transmission apparatus and reception apparatus, data related to the transmission apparatus, data related to the reception apparatus, data related to the relay apparatus, data related to connection of the transmission apparatus, reception apparatus and relay apparatus, and data related to connection of the relay apparatus are inputted. The multicast tree determination device specifies a transmission path based on the transmission apparatus data, apparatus connection data, relay apparatus data, and relay apparatus connection data, specifies a reception path based on the transmission path, reception apparatus data, apparatus connection data, and relay apparatus data, and determines a multicast tree based on the transmission path and reception path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
