PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the ejection of a core mold while keeping the curing time in the molding of a thermosetting resin by preceding the mold opening of a fixed mold and an intermediate plate by preventing the bending of a movable platen when the injection pressure due to two injection devices is received by one mold clamping cylinder and pressing and supporting the intermediate plate by a pressure pin.
SOLUTION: In this injection molding machine constituted by arranging a fixed mold for primary molding and a fixed mold for secondary molding side by side at the asymmetric position of a fixed platen, the intermediate plate for rotationally transferring a primary molded product to the fixed mold for secondary molding is attached to the rotary shaft inserted in the center part of the movable platen in a freely rotating, advancing and retreating state between the fixed platen and the movable platen connected to the mold clamping ram of the mold clamping cylinder and provided so as to freely advance and retreat with respect to the fixed platen. In this molding machine, two injection devices are parallelly provided at every fixed mold in a nozzle touch relation and two cylinders are provided so as to be individually and opposedly arranged on the same axial line as the injection devices and a support device due to a cylinder and a pin for pressing the intermediate plate to the fixed molds at the time of mold opening is provided in the movable platen on the axial line of the cylinders.
