Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a multicolor image forming device where plural monochrome image forming units are easily attached to/detached from a device main body, and an image carrier drum and a developing device are easily and surely attached to be always positionally fixed in the case of attaching the units.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft fitting part 50 for fitting the shaft 5 of the image carrier drum 4 in each monochrome image forming unit 10 and a pin fitting part 60 for fitting an engaging pin 12 protrusively provided in a unit frame 1 are respectively installed on the rear-side frame 20b of the device main body and a supporting side plate 40 freely attachably/detachably attached to a fixed position on the front-side frame 20a of the device main body, at specified intervals.
