Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiconnection interface circuit which can flexibly cope with the increasing slave stations, by simply performing the connection between key stations constituting a communication network system, the connection between a key station and a slave station, and the connection between the slave stations being multi-connected.
SOLUTION: This multiconnection interface circuit comprises a synchronous communication circuit 115, an asynchronous communication circuit 125, a first connector 130, a second connector 131, a plurality of driver/receiver pairs 103/104, 107/108, 110/111, 118/119, 120/121, and signal route changeover switches 114, 116, 117, and 124. Further, terminal resistors 127 and 128 are connected via changeover switches 126 and 129 to the driver/receiver in pairs 118/119 and 120/121. The changeover of the signal routes and the make and break, etc., of terminal resistors are performed by the directions through communication of a host CPU 102.
