To provide a multicore cable which can transmit and receive a signal without being affected by a noise, even if plural conductors are used for power and signal at the same time.
The multi core cable 10 is provided with four conductors 12 inside a sheath 11, and respective two of them are covered by shield layers 15A, 15B. And a pair of the conductors 12A covered in the block by one shield layer 15A among four conductors 12 are used as a signal line, and the remaining pair of the conductors 12B are used as a power line. A noise from the conductors 12B for power is prevented by the respective shield layers 15A, 15B from affecting on the conductors 12A for signal, thus the multicore cable 10 can transmit and receive a signal without being affected by the noise.
