Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal particle capable of exhibiting improved physical characteristic, and a conductive paste using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a multicrystal metal particle (including alloy particle), in which, a grain boundary or inside of a single crystal 101 forming the multicrystal, has a nanocomposite structure in which metal oxide, metal nitride, metal silicide, metal carbide, or metal sulfide exists in a thin film state 102 of nm size or particulate states 103, 104. The multicrystal includes the single crystal 101 having maximum span dimension d1, and when maximum dimension of the metal particle 100 is D1, (d1/D1)≤(1/10) is satisfied.
