To provide a multidirectional input device having a simple structure and high reliability, and inexpensively manufacturable.
An operation body 10 is slidably mounted on a vertically-movable reception member 6 held in a housing 1, and a coil spring 5 elastically supporting the reception member 6 is arranged around a push switch 4 installed under the reception member 6. A projecting part 10b of the operation body 10 is projected on the upper side of the housing 1; the operation body 10 drives a first slider 14 and a second slider 15 while sliding on the reception member 6 in a sliding operation; and the operation body 10 drives the push switch 4 by lowering the reception member 6 while pressing the coil spring 5 in a depressing operation.
