The multidirectional press type switch 1-1 is equipped with: a push-button knob 90; a rocking knob 50 set to surround the push-button knob 90; a central switch 215 set at a position pushed by the push-button knob 90; an outer peripheral switch 193 set at a position at a periphery of the central switch 215 and pushed by the rocking knob 50; and a rotation type electronic component set at a position surrounding an outer periphery of the rocking knob 50 and changing an electric output by rotating a rotation knob 10.
