Abstract:
To provide a multiferroic element capable of inducing a current by magnetic field with an intensity around hundreds of gauss, and controlling the intensity and direction of electric polarization.
A multiferroic nanogenerator has a structure formed of a multiferroic solid-state material 1 sandwiched between metal electrodes 2, is arranged to be applied with an A.C. magnetic field 5 parallel to the metal electrodes 2, and utilizes a current induced between the metal electrodes 2.
