Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify the setting process corresponding to the moving route of an object to convey, and to make the moving route in the shortest distance, by making it possible to set the position of a grasping means only by moving or stopping the grasping means according to the conveying route, and inputting its position when necessary by a worker.
CONSTITUTION: As a moving mechanism to move a handle 20 to grasp an object to convey, at least along the X-axis to Z-axis, an X-axis movable carriage 8, a Y-axis movable carriage 12, and a Z-axis movable arm 14 are provided. And a teaching box having an axis selecting switch to select the X-axis to Z-axis corresponding to position to move a hand 20, a handle to instruct the moving position of the hand 20 by the rotation, a display means to display the position of the hand 20, and a memory instruction switch to instruct the memory of the display position, is provided to the control means of the moving mechanism. While the hand 20 is moved to a desired moving position by controlling the moving mechanism by the manual operation, the data to show the moving position and the moving route of the hand 20 is stored, so as to execute an automatic operation.
