Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer adhesive sheet exhibiting no failure of a joining part by breakage of a resin, and excellent in moldability.SOLUTION: The multilayer adhesive sheet has an A layer of a thermosetting resin layer and a B layer of a thermosetting resin layer, which have different functions at least on one surface of a metal sheet, wherein the A layer is provided on the metal sheet, and the B layer is provided on the A layer; and the B layer contains 1 to 10 pts.mass of an acryl rubber and/or an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber which is in advance homogeneously dispersed in an epoxy resin and has a spherical or particulate form having an average particle diameter of ≤1 μm based on 100 pts.mass of the thermosetting resin forming the B layer.
