Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain miniaturization and favorable property by connecting a plurality of thick capacitor electrode patterns thereby making it into an LC resonator for high frequency, and incorporating in a multilayer board.
CONSTITUTION: On other layers 20B-20F, excluding the first layer 20A being the surface layer, capacitor electrode patterns 21A-21E which comprise electrode patterns 21-1 mainly composed of C(capacitance) components and patterns 21-2 for adjustment of L(inductance) components being made integrally with these electrode patterns 21-1 are provided. Further the specified parts are connected by a blind through-hole 23 to complete a capacitor within multilayer board.
